Paul Diamond worked in investment management consulting at J. William Taylor & Associates in London. He also worked at Mapleton Investments, a Los Angeles family office and has directly managed a variety of private-equity backed companies. Paul has a BA from Colby College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Dave Park started his career as a wealth manager at WaMu’s private bank, WM Financial. Prior to, Dave worked in middle market investment banking at KPMG Corporate Finance and Redwood Securities. He received his BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Caroline Leritz serves as GreenLake’s General Counsel, overseeing the legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining GreenLake, Caroline worked at a full-service law firm where she focused her practice in real estate, finance, and general corporate matters, and acted as GreenLake’s outside general counsel. She received a BS with honors from Saint Louis University and a JD with honors from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Tom McConnell is a Senior Advisor to GreenLake, focusing on all real estate assets with a concentration on hospitality and leisure. Tom has over forty years of experience in capital markets, valuations, and consulting. Prior to joining GreenLake, Tom was Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s US hotel transaction practice in New York. Tom has a BA from Brown University and an MPS degree from Cornell University.

Joseph Sprague has worked extensively in private banking and wealth management. Joe started at Morgan Stanley and WM Financial, WaMu’s private bank. Most recently, he was at Wells Fargo. He has a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Vidur Bhatia has worked in debt finance and leveraged buyouts. Prior to GreenLake, he was at Goldman Sachs in their Leveraged Finance group. He holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Stephanie Jimenez brings over 10 years of client service experience from a variety of industries including finance, education, healthcare and hospitality. Prior to joining GreenLake, Stephanie was a Retirement Benefit Specialist for LA County. Stephanie received her BA in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles.

Kathy Kim has been involved in loan servicing and collection since the firm’s inception. Prior to, she managed administration and operations for a boutique, corporate finance advisory firm and was also operations manager for a billing and collections healthcare company. Kathy has a BA from California State University, Long Beach.

Anamaria Rivera has been an integral part of GreenLake’s team since 2018 and serves as operations associate. Prior to, she managed administration for a billing and collections firm in the healthcare industry.

Monica Rodriguez brings over 17 years of experience in both public and private accounting. She has managed the accounting departments of private and publicly traded companies in various industries including manufacturing and distribution/service. Monica is a certified public accountant and received her BS in accounting from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Christopher Tortora has experience in fund distribution and institutional sales. Most recently, Christopher worked at EurekaCap Partners marketing alternative asset funds to RIAs, family offices, pensions, fund of funds, and other institutional allocators. Christopher began his career at Cowen on their research sales team. He received his BA from Bucknell University.

Danah Yoon has consulted in various industries including real estate, fine arts, and hospitality. Prior to joining GreenLake, Danah managed retail development at BMW Group for the South Korean market. Danah has a BA in Economics from Korea University and a MS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
